Bells Island is 62+ acres of pristine, untouched, natural land with sandy beaches, woodlands, and beautiful marshes. There are approximately 20 acres of wooded upland and 1 1/2 miles of shoreline. On Carteret county, North Carolina's Crystal coast located in Core sound with views of Cape Lookout lighthouse. Soil survey available indicating several potential septic sites. (Also currently a lot is available on the mainland for parking, dock, and/or house.) There is excellent duck hunting, fishing, hiking, swimming, and kayaking. The wildlife is amazing, enjoy watching the Osprey dive for food and take it to their nest of young. Seafood abounds with clams, shrimp, oyster, crabs, and fish.

Bell's Island is in a fantastic location. It is close to Marshallberg and tucked behind the gorgeous Cape Lookout National Seashore park which stretches over 90 km of coastline. This place is paradise for those interested in water activities like windsurfing, shelling and kayaking as well as interesting land activities like observing wild horses, hiking and birding.
